My name is Cristian, and I'm one of the founders of Ramallet Gourmet Company. My partner Sof\u00eda and I started this company in 2018.<\/p>

Both We are chefs with more than 13 years of experience<\/strong> in the industry. And to this day, I barely cook, because I've shifted my focus to the commercial area within the company, and I'm in charge of various things, including brand communications (just like you're reading right now), logistics, and sales. On the other hand, Sof\u00eda, besides being a charming woman, is the executive chef of RGC, and everything related to food, aesthetics, and staging goes through her.<\/p>
